We have been working to support the development of Social Enterprise in Somerset for many years but more recently this work has been championed through Grassroots which has now become the Social Enterprise Network Somerset or SENS. We are therefore delighted to be working with the SENS partners to provide this training day in Wells on the 14th October which is Free to attend for merging social enterprises based in Somerset. Seedbed is a new venture combining the expertise of Plymouth University, Dartington Hall, and South West Investment Group. Following the huge success of the North Devon Social Entrepreneurs programme that ran earlier this year, the School for Social Entrepreneurs has developed a tailor made programme for the leaders and key-change makers in third sector organisations and social enterprises in Devon. It’s free for Devon based entrepreneurs. Applications must be in by 12th December.
The Rural Devon Social Entrepreneurs Programme will help you to:
- Access new markets and customers
- Develop new income streams
- Increase your impact, services and products
- And become more sustainable.
South West Forum secured funding from the Learning and Skills for Improvement Service (LSIS) to deliver this intensive support programme in impact measurement for 12 voluntary and community sector skills and learning providers.
